Tax benefits of giving
The ASAP foundation is a 'Algemeen Nut beogende Instelling (ANBI)'. Giving to a charity that is considered by the tax authorities as an 'ANBI' organization can be fiscally attractive. A donation can be done in several ways, ranging from a simple transfer to a deed from the notary or via a will.
